When a customer register an order, a file of e-commerce is created. This file is then placed in an FTP folder that BlueIntegrator “listens” to.
BlueIntegrator are mapping the information if necessary and submits it to the delivery system that verifies the incoming order and passes relevant information to the business system and stores the rest. If an error occurs, an error message will be sent back to BlueIntegrator, which mails the affected customer. Finally, the business system stores the incoming order and registers it.
