When a customer registers an order, an e-commerce file is created. This file is then placed in an FTP folder that Blue Integrator “listens” to.
Blue Integrator maps the information and submits it to the delivery system that verifies the incoming order and passes relevant information to the business system and stores the rest. If an error occurs, an error message will be sent back to Blue Integrator, which mails the impacted customer. Finally, the business system stores the incoming order and registers it.
