Starting a Server

To start a server from Blue Integrator Explorer, click on the Servers title in the left pane.  Then highlight the server to be started, and click the Start button:

The Status displayed in the last column will change from Stopped to Please wait while the server is contacted and started, and finally change to Running when the server is connected and available.
