Blue Integrator allows you to create rules for handling failed Messages within the tracking system. From the Active and Suspended Messages window, click on the Rules tab at the bottom of the page to display the Rules window:
To create a new rule, click the New Rule… button. This will display the Blue Integrator Message Rule dialog:
To create a rule, use the parameters displayed on this dialog to set the trigger and resultant actions. Then, click OK to add this rule to the list of Message Rules.
