To stop a server that is currently running from Blue Integrator Explorer, click on the Servers title in the left pane. Then highlight the server to be stopped (which should have the Status as Running), and click the Stop button:
The Status displayed in the last column will change from Running to Please wait while the server is contacted and shut down, and finally change to Stopped when the server is not running.
